Who We Are
Southern Waters Capital is a ground-up developer and value-add investor operating across the Sunbelt. Founded by professionals with deep roots in capital markets, law, and real estate finance, we build institutional-quality assets in high-growth markets where demographic tailwinds and land constraints drive long-term appreciation.
Our team brings together Wall Street deal-making, legal structuring, and hands-on development expertise under one roof. Leadership
Meet the Partners
A Wall Street veteran who began his career at major financial institutions in 1993 before co-founding Bergen Capital in 1998. His firm was acquired by BB&T in 2005, and he has since devoted his expertise to real estate development and investment.
A Florida attorney and real estate professional holding a JD and MBA from Florida State University. Ray served as a Florida Gubernatorial Fellow under Governor Rick Scott and is a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
